Inscryption is my favorite game, and it has a sizeable modding community too. I've made several mods myself; here they are.
CONTENT MODS
Adds side decks featuring Deathly, Techno, and Magickal cards from Act 2 and 3
Adds two new boss battles: one against The Woodcarver and another against The Mycologists
Adds a new anti-challenge that removes weak sigils from the totem sigil pool, as requested by Khyloa
OVERHAUL MODS
Fills every empty queue space with a L33pB0t, every single turn. Inspired by a friend's encounter with the unfinished boss.
Allows for local hotseat Act 2 multiplayer! WIP, but all vanilla Act 2 cards should work.
TWEAK MODS
Skips the Kaycee's Mod credits after beating Royal, as requested by Amy. Sorry Lonely Wizard!
Alters Act 3's Gemification upgrade to make it work like it did in the Inscryption beta
Fixes a few bugs in the Royal boss fight that were never fixed in the Kaycee's Mod beta, such as Undead Parrot not being a part of the Avian tribe and Royal not playing any cards during his second phase.
LIBRARY MODS
Change the side deck to something other than squirrels! Lots of options for making your own side deck with JSON Loader (or C#). Works with Side Deck Selector!
Allows adding new Squirrel in a Bottle-style items via extended properties. Works with JSONLoader.
Add alternate starting loadouts to Kaycee's Mod using JSON or C#, so you can choose to start each run with different items, pelts, nodes, and more
